  • 6 Follow-Up Sessions (45 minutes each)

  • Ongoing Customized Support Plans

  • Sensory Profile Assessment can be added for an additional fee

Family and Caregiver Training

Phone and video consultations with OT consultants to support communication, self-advocacy, and independence across home and community settings.

Services focus on:

  • Caregiver education

  • Supporting implementation of strategies

  • Environmental supports to help the client develop and maintain skills to support the whole family
